Plastic Pollution Campaign,UP
Lead by Shubhangi,this campaign was held in a government school in our city where we spread awareness about Plastic pollution and the ways to reduce plastic waste by following the 3 R's [Reduce,Reuse,Recycle]
We also distributed ecofriendly products such as Plantable bamboo seed pens to the middle schoolers and Compostable menstrual pads to the teachers.

Plastic Pollution Campaign ,Pune
Lead by Sukanaya Nair with Volunteer Monisha , our second plastic pollution awareness program was held in 'Ghar',an orphanage in Pune on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi where we distributed sweets and ecofriendly pens to raise awareness about plastic pollution and its effect .
Experience of Sukanaya:
It was the best experience of my life .We spoke to the person who started "GHAR" he said it would be the home to my girls who would always remember this place where they grew and felt loved . I saw smiling faces , faces which had so much love to give. It was such a positive vibe .Their aura ,the way they were happy even about a small thing in their life just makes me realise how grateful we should be for having everything yet not being satisfied. I am in love with this place and would definitely revisit.
About Ghar...
' Ghar ' is an integration of three homes - a childcare home, a home for paralysed women and a home for the elderly. The creation of the environment of a home with three generations residing under one roof - girls, mother's and grandparents with attendant feeling of _apnapan_, belongingness, security, good education, hope , love and affection. It's a family that'll has 70 members when it fills up.

Eco-friendly Event at Bizmetric,Pune
Organized by Shubhangi,the event started with an introduction to terms such as zero waste and sustainable living and how one can switch to eco-friendly living in easy ways,

For the second part we had two activities-
Activity 1- Eco-friendly Quiz
Activity-Guess the environmental problem from the clue
At the end, the highest scorer was given a zero waste hamper from Bizmetric and Preserve Mother nature.

Diwali Drive
Our Team collaborated with the student body of NSS ILNU and the ILNU Team visited Gokul Ashramshala on a pre-diwali donation drive ,organized fun activities for our little friends made them aware of Eco-friendly products and donated ecofriendly gifts that would help these young minds
